- 3–7 days: cancellation AUD 25/day; reschedule AUD 50
- 提前 1–2 天：取消扣 AUD 200；改期费 AUD 100
- 1–2 days: cancellation AUD 200; reschedule AUD 100
- 当天取消或改期：按现场准备情况处理
- Same-day cancellation/rescheduling depends on preparation status
